THE PSYCHOLOGY OF THE CONSUMER 

I was very honored to share my experience and talk about the psychology of the consumer with 30 students in Make up artist school – business segment.

 

All was about how to define the consumer nowadays and how the marketing can build their consumer approach with data experience.

From CHANEL to KKW we talked about all different beauty brands segments with their communication.

My approach was to compare the psychology of the fashion consumer and the beauty consumer.

The Fashion consumer is consuming fashion the way the brands want them to consume, with no sense, no product knowledge.

The Beauty consumer is definitely aware about the products they use, they are curious, they test, they can have their own opinion.

 

I can wait to have more opportunities to express my feeling and experience in communication and marketing with ITM PARIS.
